Skoda, the Czech automaker, has revealed the highly anticipated fourth generation of the Octavia, expected to arrive soon in India. This updated sedan boasts comprehensive exterior and interior enhancements, embracing a refined design and technological advancements.
Exterior modifications feature a revamped signature radiator grille complemented by new LED headlamps with Matrix technology and integrated LED DRLs. At the rear, new LED taillamps and a redesigned bumper enhance the car’s aesthetics. The silhouette remains largely unchanged, with optional 19-inch alloy wheels adding a fresh touch. Inside, the 2024 Skoda Octavia boasts a 13-inch touchscreen infotainment system with mobile connectivity, dual-zone climate control, USB type-C charger, and keyless entry/exit.
Notable interior updates include a dual-tone black-brown theme, rear window blinds, ergonomic seats, and electronic parking brakes. Offering a range of powertrain options, customers can select from six petrol and two diesel engines, including NA and turbo petrol variants and a 1.5-liter mill with mild-hybrid technology. Transmission choices include a six-speed manual and a seven-speed DSG gearbox.
