Mahindra has officially launched the Thar Roxx, also known as the Thar five-door, with prices starting at ₹12.99 lakh (ex-showroom). While the company has revealed prices for select variants, bookings have yet to begin. If you’re considering this SUV, here are the key dates to note.
Test Drives: Starting 14 September, Mahindra will offer test drives at dealerships nationwide. The Thar Roxx is available in seven dual-tone paint options.
Booking Timeline: Bookings will open on 3 October, allowing ample time to choose from six variants. You can book via the Mahindra website or at authorized dealerships.
Deliveries: Mahindra will commence deliveries of the Thar Roxx during the festive season, starting from Dussehra on 12 October. The SUV will be available with two engine options: a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and a 2.2-litre diesel, each with two different tunes. Transmission choices include a six-speed manual and a torque converter automatic.
4WD Pricing: Pricing for the Thar Roxx 4WD variants will be announced on 3 October, coinciding with the start of bookings. Additionally, a detailed review of the Thar Roxx will go live on 17 August at 10 AM.
