Land Rover has unveiled the exclusive Range Rover Ranthambore Edition, marking a unique addition to its lineup in India. Limited to just 12 units nationwide, this luxury SUV is priced starting at Rs. 4.98 crore (ex-showroom).

Created by the brand’s Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) division, the Range Rover Ranthambore Edition is the first limited-edition model specifically designed for the Indian market. A portion of the proceeds from these sales will be donated to the Wildlife Conservation Trust of India, highlighting the brand’s commitment to environmental conservation.

The Range Rover in this special edition features a stunning bespoke Deep Black exterior finish with a shimmering red effect, enhanced by Corinthian Bronze and Anthracite accents that reflect the beauty of tiger stripes. This striking color scheme extends to the roof, mirror caps, and the 23-inch dark grey wheels, which showcase Corinthian Bronze inserts.

Inside, the Ranthambore Edition offers a luxurious experience with Caraway and light Perlino semi-aniline leather, complemented by contrasting stitching. Unique touches include special embroidery on the seats, customized cushions, chrome accents, light linear wenge veneers, and white ceramic dials. Scuff plates marked with ‘Ranthambore Edition’ and ‘1 of 12’ emphasize the exclusivity of each unit.

The SUV boasts a wealth of features, including fully reclinable seats, a powered rear armrest, deployable cupholders, and a refrigerated compartment equipped with SV-etched glassware. Under the hood, the Range Rover Ranthambore Edition is powered by a 3.0-liter, six-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that delivers an impressive 394bhp and 550Nm of torque. The engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, ensuring a smooth and powerful driving experience.
