Performance

The Honda H’ness CB 350 is slightly powerful. It produces 21 PS at 5500 RPM and 30 Nm of peak torque at 3000 RPM, whereas the RE Meteor 350 has 20.40 PS at 6100 RPM and 27 Nm of torque at 4000 RPM. 

Features

Both bikes have impressive features. The RE Meteor 350 has many features like charging point, digital trip meter, analogue speedometer, Bluetooth connectivity, dual-channel ABS, LED taillight.

The Honda H’ness CB 350 has few interesting features like battery health monitor, LED lighting systems, voice control systems and dual horns.

Characteristics

There are many attractive colours to choose from. Honda offers H’ness CB 350 in 6 colours- Precious Red Metallic, Pearl Night Star Black, Matte Marshal Green Metallic, Athletic Blue Metallic, Pearl Night Star Black and Matte Steel Black Metallic.

RE Meteor 350 comes in 7 colours- Fireball Yellow, Fireball Red, Stellar Blue, Stellar Red, Stellar Black, Supernova Brown and Supernova Blue.

Seating, wheels, ground clearance is almost similar and good in both the bikes.

Variants and price

The prices of both bikes are convenient as there is a minor price difference between the different variants.

Honda’s H’ness CB 350 has 2 variants-DLX and DLX pro; priced at 1.85 lakh and 1.9 lakh respectively (Ex-showroom).

Royal Enfield offers Meteor 350 in 3 variations-Fireballs priced at 1.75 lakh, Stellar at 1.8 lakh and the top-end model Supernova at 1.9 lakh (Ex-showroom).

Final verdict

Both the retro style motorcycles have a neck to neck competition in terms of design, specifications and power. Honda’s H’ness CB 350 has an edge over Meteor 350 in the features. RE meteor 350 is a bit old school with the features but Royal Enfield lovers will have a good experience with this premium bike.
