Greaves Cotton undertakes pan-India Free Covid Vaccination Drive to protect all its employees
Greaves Cotton is undertaking a pan-India Free Covid Vaccination drive to protect all its employees from the current pandemic. As part of the vaccination drive, over 500 employees have been vaccinated so far of which around 85% of the workforce in the age bracket of 45 years and above have also been vaccinated.
The Company initiated the vaccination drive in early April with an aim to keep the workforce healthy, improve productivity and increase morale. As part of its Covid vaccination program, Greaves Cotton aims to vaccinate all its employees (as suggested by the government).
The Company is also hosting educational workshops and webinars, curating the most effective tools, and deploying other research-proven resources to help employees learn more about their well-being and resolve people’s concerns in the best possible ways.

We remain focused to support all our employees for their overall well-being. We will ensure that all our people will be vaccinated and safe. The vaccination program will be undertaken as per government rules and guidelines and based on the availability of the vaccine.” said Shefali Suri, Group Chief Human Resource Officer of Greaves Cotton Limited.

The company has been taking various employee-friendly initiatives to keep its employees safe, connected, motivated and help them give their best in terms of enhancing productivity along with ways to maintain a balance between professional and personal commitments, especially in these unprecedented times.
