Hero Destini 125 prices revealed, rivals Honda’s Activa 125

Hero has given the Destini a smart i3S system to give it the edge in fuel economy
Hero has revealed the prices of the Hero Destini 125, Hero’s answer to the growing 125cc scooter market.
A segment currently ruled by the Honda Activa, the Destini is a crucial rival given the popularity of Hero in Indian 2-wheeler market.
Power comes from a 125cc Energy Boost engine, making 8.7 bhp @6750 rpm and 10.2 Nm of max torque at 5000 rpm.
The Destini comes with a clever i3S System, an Idle-Start-Stop system like in the Splendour I-Smart.
Additional features include external fuel filling, Boot lamp, Mobile charging port and Remote key opening .
For a premium feel, it gets a metal body and chrome styling elements. For more enhancement, it gets body colored mirrors. Black cast wheels give it a more upmarket look.
The Hero Destini 125 will be offered in 4 colors : Noble Red, Chestnut Bronze, Panther Black and Pearl Silver White.
The Hero Destini 125 rivals the Honda Activa 125, Suzuki Acess 125, Aprilia SR125 and TVS NTorq.
