Honda Amaze BS6 launched in India, price starts at Rs 6.10 lakh
Honda has recently updated both petrol and diesel engine of its entry-level sedan Amaze. The BS6 compliant petrol mill is now available at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs. 6.10 lakh while the BS6 compliant diesel engine retails at ex-showroom starting price of 7.56 lakh.
The petrol variant of Amaze will be powered by a 1.2-liter BS6 compliant petrol mill which can produce 90 PS of power 6,000 rpm and churn 110 Nm of torque at 4,800 rpm while the diesel mill come with a 1.5-liter BS6 compliant engine in two engine tunes; The MT variant produces 100 PS of power 3,600 rpm and generates 200 Nm of torque at 1,750 rpm while the CVT trim produces 80 PS of power at 3,600 rpm and 160 Nm of torque at 1,750 rpm. Both Petrol and diesel mills are available in a 5-speed manual and CVT variants.
