Hyundai Aura Launched In India. Priced Between Rs 5.80 Lakh
Hyundai today launched its stylish compact sedan Aura which made its first public appearance last month. The car is apparently an face-lift version of the company’s Xcent sedan. The all new Aura is built on Hyundai’s latest hatch Grand i10 NIOS. Incidentally, both Aura and Xcent sedans will continue to co-exist, Hyundai will be offering Xcent sedan to fleet/taxi segment.
The all new Aura has been launched at ex-showroom price of Rs. 5.80 lakhs to 8.55 lakhs. The compay has started accepting bookings of the same, interested customers can book by paying a token amount of Rs 10,000 – 20,000 depending on variant and type of dealership.
The all new Aura comes with dimensions of 3,995 mm in length, 1,680 mm in width, 1,520 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2,450 mm. The vehicle comes with various range-toppling features such as a large 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, wireless charging, rear centre armrest, Arkamys premium audio, driving rear view monitor for rearview display on the screen, 5.3-inch digital instrument cluster among others.
The front fascia of the car is sporty and looks similar to current gen Grand i10 NIOS, the front receives a sporty looking sweeping hood and blacked out satin silver front grille design with boomerang-shaped LED DRL. It comes with swept back projector headlamps and projector fog lamps. The car rides on a elegant looking R15 diamond cut alloy wheels. Towards the sides, it comes with blacked out B and C-pillar, and the rear receives C-shaped wraparound tail lights.
