Hyundai India has launched facelift Verna at a starting price of Rs. 9.31 lakh. The car will be offered in four trims- S, S+, SX, SX (O) in three engine choices- 1.5-liter MPi petrol engine, 1.5-liter U2 CRDi diesel engine, and 1.0-liter Kappa Turbo GDi petrol engine.
All-new Verna is designed on Hyundai’s latest design language that makes the car appear sporty and features a re-designed front chrome grille with chrome insert at the lower portion of the front bumper and LED headlamps, front projector fog-lamps. The car comes with a newly designed 5-spoke alloy wheels and brand new dual-tone rear bumper with wraparound LED taillights, dual-exhaust tips and sharkfin antenna.
Towards the inside, the car receives a redesigned dashboard with a 3-spoke multifunctional steering wheel, redesigned air-con vents, 4.2″TFT digital instrument cluster, and an 8″ touchscreen infotainment system with 6-speaker Arkamys Premium Sound (Front Tweeters, Front & Rear Speakers).
It receives various features such as front ventilated seats, electric sunroof, wireless charging, smart trunk (trunk opens with foot gesture), etc. It is packed with safety features such as ABS with EBD, 6 Airbags (Driver, Passenger, Front Side & Curtain), ISOFIX seats, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), Cornering Lamp, Front Parking Sensors (Turbo), Emergency Stop Signal (ESS), etc.
The car comes with dimensions of 4,440mm in length, 1,729mm in width, 1,475mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2,600mm. It will be offered in 6 color options, these include; Starry Night, Typhoon Silver, Fiery Red, Titan Grey, Polar White, and Phantom Black.
The car would be offered in 3 engine choices these include 1.5-liter MPi petrol engine, 1.5-liter U2 CRDi diesel engine, and 1.0-liter Kappa Turbo GDi petrol engine.
