Jaguar I-Pace delisted from India website; discontinued?

Jaguar India has quietly removed the I-Pace from its official website, suggesting that the company has discontinued its first electric vehicle (EV) in the country. Launched in March 2021, the I-Pace was available in a single HSE variant and was priced at Rs. 1.25 crore before being delisted.

The Jaguar I-Pace was powered by a 90kWh battery pack coupled with two electric motors, delivering an impressive output of 389bhp and 696Nm of torque. It boasted a WLTP-rated range of 470km on a full charge, making it a strong contender in the EV market.

In terms of features, the I-Pace came well-equipped with all-LED lighting, 19-inch alloy wheels, flush-fitting door handles, adaptive cruise control, a powered tailgate, a surround-view camera, a touchscreen unit for AC controls, leather sport seats, and a high-quality Meridian-sourced music system.

Despite its impressive specifications and features, the delisting of the I-Pace from Jaguar India’s website marks the end of this pioneering electric model in the Indian market.
