Tata Motors has launched the Jet Edition lineup of its Safari, Harrier, and Nexon SUVs. The launch comes along the lines of the ‘Forever New’ initiative.
Jet Edition Exterior Details
The Jet Edition gives the Harrier, Nexon, and Safari a new exterior color- Starlight – a dual-tone combination of an earthy bronze body and a platinum silver roof. The front end gets a blacked-out grille and a faux silver bash plate integrated into the bumper. Other exterior changes include Jet Black Alloy wheels and a skid plate integrated into the rear bumper.
Interior Details
The interior now adorns a dual-tone Oyster White & Granite black color theme. The seats on the flagship Harrier and Safari get Tri- Arrow perforated Oyster White – Benecke-Kaliko leatherette seats. The dashboard gets a bronze insert on the centre console, and striking bronze inserts in doors and floor console. Additionally, the front headrests get Jet embroidery and the seat stitching is finished in bronze-colored contrasting thread.
Jet Edition Additional Features The Tata Safari and Harrier Jet Edition get ESP safety functions such as Driver Doze off alert, Panic Brake alert, After Impact Braking. Moreover, the Harrier and Safari also get Electronic parking brake over both Manual and Automatic Transmission and All Four disc brakes. New convenience features include C type USB charger in all rows for both cars, Winged Comfort Head Restraints on the second row bench and captain seats (only in the Safari), Wireless Android Auto/ Apple Carplay, an Air purifier, and a Wireless charger.The Nexon Jet Edition gets a wireless charger as an additional feature over the existing features list.
Pricing
The Jet Edition for the Nexon, Harrier and Safari are based on the top end XZ+ and XZA+ variants. The prices for the Nexon Jet Edition starts at ₹12.13 lakh for petrol variant and ₹13.43 lakh for diesel variant.The Harrier Jet Edition is priced at ₹20.90 for the XZ+ trim and ₹22.20 lakh for the XZA+ trim. The Safari Jet Edition gets a starting price tag of ₹21.35 lakh for the XZ+ 7-seat variant, while ₹22.65 lakh for the XZA+ 7-seat variant. The 6-seat variants for the Safari are priced at ₹21.45 lakh in XZ+ trim and ₹22.75 lakh in the XZA+ trim.
