New Maruti Jimny Ad
The ad has been released by Maruti Suzuki on its official Nexa Experience page on YouTube. It showcases a child and his grandson discussing the history of the Jimny SUV. The grandfather informs the child that the 1st generation of the Jimny came into existence in 1970, the same year when the world’s first jumbo jet was born. Jimny was launched with the target of taking people further on land than most other cars. 1981 marked the 2nd generation version of the Jimny that is shown traversing through the mountains, rivers and deserts.
After a long gap of 17 years, the 3rd generation version of the Jimny came into being in 1998. It was popularly known as the Mountain Goat. It was tougher and stiffer than its predecessor and was more capable on treacherous terrains. That is the most common version seen in the international markets even today. Finally, 2018 was the year of the inception of the current-gen model. It became an instant success in various international markets.
