This India-spec model represents the latest iteration of the Cooper S, which debuted globally in September of the previous year. Under the hood, it boasts a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that delivers 201bhp and 300Nm of torque. However, there is no mention of the pure electric version of the Cooper, which is available globally in ‘Cooper E’ and ‘Cooper SE’ variants.

Among the refreshed Mini models, the Countryman Electric makes its debut in the Indian market. Sharing its underpinnings with the BMW iX1, it is powered by a 66.45kWh battery. The battery can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in just 29 minutes using DC charging, and it offers a WLTP-certified range of 462km.
