Mahindra has officially unveiled the Thar Roxx, the five-door version of its popular Thar SUV, on Independence Day. While the base variant is priced at ₹12.99 lakh, prices for the top-end variants are yet to be announced. The Thar Roxx comes with two engine options: a 2.0-liter TGDI petrol and a 2.2-liter CRDI diesel, both paired with a six-speed manual or a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission. Notably, only the diesel variants offer a 4X4 drivetrain, unlike the three-door Thar which offered it in both petrol and diesel options.

- MX1: Petrol MT, Diesel 2WD MT
- MX3: Petrol AT, Diesel 2WD MT, Diesel 2WD AT
- MX5: Petrol MT/AT, Diesel 2WD MT/AT, Diesel 4X4 MT
- AX3L: Diesel 2WD MT
- AX5L: Diesel 2WD AT, Diesel 4X4 AT
- AX7L: Petrol AT, Diesel 2WD MT/AT, Diesel 4X4 MT/AT
