Production-spec Tata Curvv design detailed in new teaser
Tata Motors has unveiled another teaser for the eagerly awaited Curvv coupe SUV, showcasing design sketches that highlight its striking styling. This latest video provides a glimpse into the aesthetic features of the vehicle.
The production version of the Tata Curvv closely resembles the pre-production model displayed at the Bharat Mobility Expo earlier this year. The sketches reveal a distinctive front fascia, complete with an LED light bar. Other noteworthy design elements include a sleek, sloping roofline, flush-fitting door handles, and an eye-catching set of alloy wheels. Inside, the cabin features a minimalist design highlighted by a 10.25-inch touchscreen display at its centre and a contemporary two-spoke steering wheel. Additionally, the vehicle is expected to come equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) along with various safety features.
Positioned above the Nexon in Tata’s lineup, the Curvv will be available with both petrol and diesel engines, along with an electric variant. A previous teaser confirmed that the coupe SUV will be officially unveiled on 19 July 2024, with the EV model expected to hit the market on 7 August.
Powertrain Options
The internal combustion engine (ICE) variant of the Tata Curvv is anticipated to feature a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine, both paired with manual and automatic transmission options. In contrast, the Curvv EV will utilise Tata’s Acti.ev architecture and is likely to be powered by a 55kWh battery pack, offering a range of over 500 km.
As anticipation builds, the Tata Curvv promises to deliver a blend of innovative technology and stylish design, setting a new standard in the SUV market.
