Rolls-Royce Spectre Launched In South Korea – Electrifying Luxury
British luxury car manufacturer Rolls-Royce on Friday launched the automaker’s first all-electric luxury car, Spectre, in South Korea. Prices for the Rolls-Royce Spectre in South Korea starts from 620 million won (Rs 3.98 crore, approximately).
Furthermore, South Korea is the first country in the Asia-Pacific region for the British luxury car manufacturer to launch its first electric luxury car. It is also the fourth largest economy in Asia and Rolls-Royce thinks there is much room for it to improve its sales in South Korea.
Speaking about the Rolls-Royce Spectre, the electric luxury car is the first step from the British carmaker to achieve the target of becoming an all-electric brand by 2030. Furthermore, the Rolls-Royce Spectre shares its underpinnings with the current generation Rolls-Royce Phantom.
In terms of design, the new Rolls-Royce Spectre looks distinctly Rolls-Royce and could not be mistaken for anything else on the road. Despite being an electric car, the Rolls-Royce Spectre sports the widest grille among all Rolls-Royce cars.
However, being an electric car, Rolls-Royce has taken aerodynamics very seriously. Soo serious in fact, the Spirit of Ecstacy has been redesigned for better aerodynamic efficiency. In fact, the Spirit of Ecstacy now stands at just 3.3 inches tall (Vs 3.9 inches).
