Scoop! Mahindra XUV 3XO to feature ADAS and more
Mahindra is set to introduce an upgraded version of the XUV300 this month, now rebranded as the XUV 3XO. This facelift promises an array of enhancements, including new features, improved performance, and refreshed exterior and interior styling. While a recent teaser hinted at the inclusion of a panoramic sunroof, fresh details have emerged regarding the SUV’s offerings.
The XUV 3XO will see significant upgrades in terms of technology and features. It will boast a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree surround camera, and a Harman Kardon-sourced music system with sound modes and seven speakers. Additionally, the SUV will feature updated AdrenoX connected technology, seven airbags, and a Level 2 ADAS suite. Expectations also include ventilated front seats, a powered driver seat, a wireless charger, dual-zone climate control, and multi-color ambient lighting.
These enhancements position the XUV 3XO as a strong competitor against other feature-rich models like the Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, and Hyundai Venue. In terms of design, the SUV will introduce a new exterior color option, with a teaser revealing a signature golden yellow hue. Similar to the XUV300 TurboSport, we anticipate seeing shades like Blazing Bronze. Additionally, the grille and roof rails will feature a fresh unique pattern finished in black.
Powering the XUV 3XO will likely be the same 1.2-liter turbo-petrol and 1.5-liter diesel engines, albeit with improved performance. While the SUV is set to make its global debut on April 29, the official launch is expected to follow in May 2024. Bookings are anticipated to open shortly after the unveiling.
